Terms & Conditions (Return, Exchange & Order Policy)

At MK Wears, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and service. Each piece is carefully handcrafted; therefore, we follow a strict policy to ensure fairness and transparency.

1. No Return / No Refund Policy
• We do not offer returns, refunds, or money-back guarantees under any circumstances.
• Orders are not eligible for exchange, refund, or chargeback based on personal liking, disliking, or change of mind.

2. Faulty or Defective Items
• If you believe your item is faulty in terms of fabric, stitching, or workmanship, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
• Once a query is generated, our Quality Team will review the issue.
• If a major fault is confirmed, we may offer:
• An exchange, or
• Store credit for future purchases.
• The item must be returned in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging.

3. Processing Timeline
• Approved queries or adjustments are processed within 14 working days.
• The time required for funds or credit to reflect may vary depending on banking or payment gateway policies, which are beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Shipping fees still apply when using credit notes, discount codes, or promotional offers.

5. Handmade Nature of Products
• All outfits are handcrafted and hand-finished.
• A minor measurement variation of 0.5 to 1 inch is considered normal and will not be treated as a defect.
• Slight differences in color, embroidery placement, or detailing may occur due to lighting, photography, and the handmade process.

6. Exchange Requirements
• For any approved exchange:
• The original invoice or order confirmation must be provided.
• The product must be unused and returned in its original form.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations
• Order modifications can be requested within 48 hours of placing the order.
• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

8. Sale & Ready-to-Ship Items
• Sale items and Ready-to-Ship articles are not eligible for exchange or return.

9. Product Care Disclaimer
• MK Wears is not responsible for:
• Color fading, bleeding, or damage due to washing or improper care.
• Styling accessories used in photoshoots that are not mentioned in the product description.

10. COD (Cash on Delivery) Policy
• As per courier regulations, parcels cannot be opened before payment is made.

11. Order Acceptance Rights

MK Wears reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
• Stock unavailability
• Pricing errors
• Payment authorization failure

12. Customs & Duties (For International Orders)
• Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the customer’s responsibility.
